Using ReplayOn
You may use the website and any available preview for personal, lawful purposes. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, submit harmful material, or use ReplayOn to violate another person's rights.
Recording and consent
You are responsible for following the recording, privacy, venue, and consent rules that apply where you use the app. ReplayOn does not give you permission to record people or places when the law or venue rules do not.
Early access
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, a release date, device compatibility, or a particular feature. Preview software may change, contain errors, or be unavailable. You should not rely on it as the only copy of an important recording.
Ownership
You keep your rights in footage you create. ReplayOn's name, visual identity, website, and software remain the property of their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Service availability
The website and preview service are provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, no warranty is made that they will always be secure, uninterrupted, compatible, or error-free. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Changes
These terms may be updated as ReplayOn develops. The effective date will change when a revised version is published. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to later use.
