Launch emails
Email collection for the launch waitlist has not opened. The website is not currently accepting waitlist signups. Tester feedback is separate from a mailing-list signup.
Tester feedback
The tester feedback form asks for your tester name or email, rating, and written feedback. Optional questions cover tested features, days of use, usage context, replay success, reliability issues, whether an update fixed an issue, device and app-version details, and an email address if you want a reply. We use the tester name or email to match feedback to our testers; it is self-reported, not an authenticated account. When direct email delivery is enabled, these answers and the submission time are sent through Gmail (Google) to [email protected] for mintakalabs to review, improve ReplayOn, and respond. The optional reply email is included as the message’s reply address. The website does not ask for recordings or file uploads.
Feedback is handled as email and may remain in our Gmail mailbox, including sent mail. The website application does not save a separate copy in a feedback database. Its basic submission-limit counters contain no tester identity or IP address. We keep feedback only as long as needed to address it and meet applicable legal obligations. You can request deletion by emailing [email protected]. Mailbox retention settings need owner review before publication. If an alternative feedback receiver is configured, that provider must be disclosed before it is enabled.
Hosting and technical information
Hosting and security providers may process request information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and request time to deliver and protect the website. Their actual logging, retention, and security settings must be confirmed before this draft is published.
Cookies and analytics
The current website application code does not integrate advertising or analytics tools or explicitly set tracking cookies. This does not establish what the hosting or security layer may do. Any provider-added cookies or analytics must be checked and reflected here before publication.

Practices for using, retaining, and deleting support information require owner confirmation before publication. Please do not send private footage or passwords.
